About Brooklyn College
Brooklyn College is an innovative liberal arts institution with a history of 90 years of academic excellence. Accreditation

The nutrition and dietetics programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). The Murray Koppelman School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The master’s program in school counseling is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), the master’s degree and advanced certificate in school psychology are accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the programs in speechlanguage pathology are accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and the Au.D. program in audiology is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of ASHA. The School of Education is accredited by the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP). The B.S. program in chemistry and biochemistry is certified by the American Chemical Society. Brooklyn College’s academic programs are registered by the New York State Department of Education
